15 months!

Riley made 15 months yesterday! She is growoing like a weed. The doctor said she is doing great. She is weighing in at 22 pounds and 30 inches long. She wasn't thrilled to see Dr. Heller and she was really not happy to see nurse Carol, who gave her 3 shots!

We love our cousins!

It was a weekend filled with parties for our cousins! Yesterday, we celebrated Evie and Kelley's birthdays with a buckaroo party filled with pony rides and lots of fun. Today, Henry was baptized and mass was followed by a great party at Henry's

house. We love you Evie, Kelley, and Henry!!!

Just a few more months and Riley gets to use her big sister's old car seat. It's so big, it swallows her whole! Here she is practicing being a big girl. She loves trying to buckle herself in.

I Love Evie!

This weekend, Riley and I took a trip to Baton Rouge. I went there to spend sometime with my godchild, Evie. When I was younger, my nanny took time every year to take me somewhere special for my birthday. It was something I looked forward to every year and it's a tradition that I am excited to start with Evie. I want her and I to always have a special relationship and know that I will always be there for her. I treasure the relationship I have with my nanny and hope one day Evie will feel the same way!

We went to Evie's favorite place, the mall. We chatted over some Chick-fil-A nuggets, rode the carousel and the hot dog truck, and got to play in the kids play area. She also picked out her birthday present, a Candyland preschool game, which her mom says she hasn't stopped playing since Saturday. Meanwhile, Riley got to visit with her Nanny, Uncle Toby, and her buddy, Kelley. It was a great day!

Driving Ms. Riley

Riley enjoys driving the grocery carts at Winn-Dixie. She's a crazy driver... but it's really her mommy's fault. Those carts seem extra long and tough to steer. I find myself knocking many things down, but at least we have fun!
