Pink Cadillac

This girl loves her new car! She is always asking to go outside and play with her car. She does like to be pushed around in it, but even more, she loves to push it herself. Riley is so independent. She wants to do everything herself! She even puts Dora under the hood and she pushes her car up and down the sidewalk. The hardest part about playing with the Pink Caddy is getting her to come inside. She does a very dramatic cry and kicks and screams all the way inside crying "CAR"! Then, when we get inside, she sits up against the front door and continues to cry because she wants to go outside. Hope the cooler weather gets here soon so we can stay outside longer!

Salon Riley

Riley's newest favorite thing brushing her hair. She walks around the house with a brush in her hand all the time. She brushes her hair, my hair, and Johnny's "hair" too! She even likes to brush Dora's hair.

All Aboard!

Riley's most recent obsession is the short films on Disney Channel called "Choo Choo Soul". She says "Choo Choo" all the time! Riley watches them everyday (we recorded them), so her daddy and I have the songs stuck in our heads all day long. I have been caught a few times at work uttering the words "all aboard the choo choo train" at my desk! Her excitement is priceless to watch when we put them on. Here she is getting pumped up to see the choo choo!

Morning Surprise!

When I went in Riley's room to get her up in the morning, this is what I saw! She has learned how to unzip her jammies. Snap jammies..... here we come!
