The Big Apple

The Big Apple didn't know what hit them until the Galivan girls showed up! Our clan blitzed the big city from Ellis Island to Central Park and everywhere in between. We had such an awesome time visiting the Statue of Liberty, Rockafeller Center, Broadway, and so much more. We did a lot of laughing and even more walking. So fun to get out of town, but even better to get home and see Johnny and my baby!

Choo Choo Time!

Now that it's Halloween time, Lakeside Mall has opened up the spooky train! Since Riley has such a love of trains, I have been really excited to take her. So this past weekend, we met the Comeaux's and Gram and Papa at the mall for Riley's first official train ride. Well..... ride number one didn't go so well. Actually, the train needed to be stopped so Riley could exit in a fit of tears.

Sooo, we decided that we would try again after watching it a few times. This time, Riley was going to ride with her two cute cousins, Evie and Kelley. The Comeaux kids loved it! But once again, Riley had to make an emergency exit off the spooky train. The solution????Mommy to the rescue! Once I squeezed my big booty into the world's tiniest train ride, all was well and Riley completed her first mall train ride. And thankfully, the train did not collapse or derail while I was riding. Choo choo!!!
